Now, of course, sometimes the external realm is telling you things as well that you need to know, and I recognize that. And oftentimes, your guides and others are communicating with you through the outside world. But most of what you need to know in any given moment is something that is happening inside of you. It’s trying to get your attention, and you will keep trying to get your own attention until you put that attention that is needed on yourself.<\/p>\n

What kinds of bits and pieces of information are inside of you? You may be getting a signal that says not to do something, or you may be getting a signal that says to do something that you weren’t thinking about doing. You may be getting a signal that says, \u2018Stop doing this,\u2019 or \u2018Just walk away.\u2019 And these are the bits and pieces of information that you need to know in the moment to help you to live a better life and to be the version of yourself that you want to be.<\/p>\n

If you can let go of the need to know what’s going to happen next, it will also be easier for you to just tune in and listen to the feedback you are getting in the present moment that is so valuable to you that, as I said, you will continue to turn up the volume until you do actually get it.
