Anything that has not shifted into the higher version yet, will come to the surface to assist you to heal and release it.
To heal and release anything, we recommend to connect with your I AM Presence of God.
Give your current challenges to your I AM Presence of God and allow for them to be transformed into Divine Perfection.
Say, “I AM the only commanding Presence here!”
Picture yourself in a state of Divine Perfection as much as you can.
This will withdraw the attention and energy from the state that is less than Divine Perfection.
With these actions, you will detach from the third dimensional reality and you will begin to connect with the higher dimensional reality of Divine Perfection.
